Nola Lash Artist | Licensed | Certified -Please be sure you’re booking the right set! I have options for 1 & 2 week refills. Anything past that time frame will be considered a new set. If you’re unsure of what set you should book under contact me and I can help! -If you are unsatisfied or something isn’t to your liking, please contact me within 48 hours after your appointment to make sure we can fix the issue with no charge. I have no issue fixing anything if you are unsatisfied, having issues but please speak up! -I do not allow guests. (Unless discussed before your appt) As my room is big enough to only perform your service. Although, there is a waiting area that if needed, a guest is more than welcome to sit & wait in. - LATE ARRIVAL If you’re arriving 10-15 minutes later than your appointment there will be a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes I will have to cancel your appointment & all fees will be add to your total. PLEASE communicate if you can, I don’t mind accommodating tardiness!! <3 - NO PHONES Please handle all calls & text messages before appointment. This is your time to relax! :) - PRE APPOINTMENT Even though I offer a complimentary lash bath before I lash please still try to arrive with clean lashes. NO oils & NO makeup! Also for the girls using clusters or strip lashes please make sure the glue residue is off before your appointment! - AFTER HOUR BOOKING! I understand sometimes schedules don’t align so I offer after hour appointments. In order to book you must message me with the needed time and service because my booking site doesn’t allow appointments past 5pm! If you’re looking to book anything after 5pm you will have to pay an after hour fee of $25. The only days after hours will NOT be available is Wednesday & Thursday.
